Multi-Layer Structure
1. PTFE/Fibre Mixture - Thickness 0.01-0.03mm. This forms the contact surface for the rotating shaft. Minute particles from the PTFE layer combine with sintered bronze material to create a solid lubricant film that coats the shaft.
2. Sintered Bronze Powder - Thickness 0.20-0.35mm. A specialized copper powder composition thermally fused to the steel backing. This layer anchors the PTFE layer and conducts thermal buildup away from bearing surfaces.
3. Low-Carbon Steel Backing - Provides the foundation for the bushings, delivering exceptional stability, load carrying capacity, and superior heat dissipation characteristics.
