SOBF bearings feature highly wear-resistant copper cast alloy with sliding surfaces evenly embedded with solid lubricant plugs optimized for specific working conditions. The high-strength copper alloy provides exceptional load-bearing capacity while the solid lubricant forms a low-friction film during operation.
Under technical dry running conditions, the bearing surface incorporates a thick running-in film that transfers solid lubricant to the mating material upon initial contact, ensuring optimal performance from the start.
