Punch Standard Oil-Free Slide Units For Loose Core - Standard/Fixed Type, designed for precision injection molding applications with ISO9001 certification.
Key Features
- One side features a 0.5mm clearance for precise adjustment - remove stopper to reduce clearance or use standard type with 0.1mm clearance
- Flexible mounting options: screw directly into ejector plate or into the unit using appropriate socket head cap screws
- Pre-lubrication with grease recommended for initial wear protection during running-in period
- Bushing support recommended for long stroke applications to stabilize inclined pin
