Features of Oil-free Slide Units for Loose Core

Dimensions of the inclined pin's edge cutout and screw size (PM) are specified in the technical table below
Counterbore on the inclined pin holder accommodates socket head cap screws with spring washers
Two mounting options available: screwing into the ejector plate or screwing into the unit
For unit mounting, use socket head cap screws corresponding to BM dimensions in the bolt hole table
For ejector plate mounting, select a rank below the corresponding BM (e.g., M6 screw when BM is M8)
Apply grease prior to mounting to protect against wear during initial running-in
For long strokes, recommended to use a bushing that supports the inclined pin
