Features of Oil-free Slide Units for Loose Core
- Dimensions for inclined pin's edge cutout and screw size (PM) available in the specification table
- Counterbore on inclined pin holder accommodates socket head cap screw with spring washer
- Flexible mounting options: screw into ejector plate or directly into the unit
- For unit mounting, use socket head cap screw corresponding to BM dimensions
- For plate mounting, select screw rank below corresponding BM (M6 when BM is M8)
- Apply grease prior to mounting for wear protection during initial running-in
- Recommended bushing support for inclined pin with long stroke applications
