Product Overview
The oilless self-lubricating bearing is a composite bearing featuring a steel backing with wear-resistant porous materials. The specialized wear-resistant layer is created by sintering copper alloy powder and graphite-based solid lubricant on a metal base at high temperatures, followed by special oil-containing treatment.
Solid lubricant is uniformly distributed throughout the alloy layer, forming a durable lubricant film from the beginning of sliding. With low shear strength, this film adheres firmly to the bearing surface without cracking under ultra-high static loads, eliminating crawling phenomena during microscopic movements. The metal base provides exceptional mechanical strength and dimensional stability, delivering superior friction and wear characteristics.
