Multi-Layer Structure
1. PTFE/Fibre Mixture (0.01-0.03mm thickness): Provides excellent initial transfer film that coats mating surfaces, forming an oxide-type solid lubricant film.
2. Sintered Bronze Powder (0.20-0.35mm thickness): Offers maximum thermal conductivity away from bearing surface and serves as reservoir for PTFE-Fibre mixture.
3. Stainless Steel Backing (SUS304, 314, 440): Provides exceptional stability, load carrying capacity, heat dissipation, and resistance to strong acid and alkali environments.
