Composite Bearing INW-10 SF-1 DX DU Bushing Steel Bronze Powder PTFE/Fibre
Product Features
INW-10 material is engineered to operate with or without supplemental lubrication, delivering exceptional performance in both conditions. This material offers low friction, minimal wear rate, excellent sliding characteristics, and very low absorption. INW-10 bushings support rotary, linear, and oscillating motion applications.
Material Structure
- PTFE/Fibre Mixture (0.01-0.03mm): Forms the contact surface for rotating shafts. Minute PTFE particles combine with sintered bronze to create a solid lubricant film that coats the shaft surface.
- Sintered Bronze Powder (0.20-0.35mm): A specialized copper powder composition thermally fused to the steel backing. This layer anchors the PTFE surface and conducts thermal buildup away from bearing surfaces.
- Low-Carbon Steel Backing: Provides the structural foundation with exceptional stability, superior load carrying capacity, and excellent heat dissipation characteristics.
