Available in left-handed (MTGHL) and right-handed (MTGHR) configurations, these oil-free slide units are designed for loose core applications in industrial machinery.
Material Specifications
- Inner wheel: Copper Alloy Oilless Type
- Outer wheel: S45C-H (equivalent to C45/AISI 1045)
- Operating temperature range: 0°C to 170°C

Features of Oil-free Slide Units for Loose Core
- Refer to the dimensional table for inclined pin edge cutout dimensions and screw size (PM)
- Counterbore on inclined pin holder accommodates socket head cap screw with spring washer
- Two mounting options: screwing into ejector plate or screwing into unit
- For unit mounting, use socket head cap screw corresponding to BM dimensions
- For plate mounting, select one rank below corresponding BM (M6 when BM is M8)
- Apply grease prior to mounting for wear protection during initial running-in
- Recommended to use supporting bushing for long stroke applications
