  • Operating temperature range: 0°C to 170°C
Features of Oil-free Slide Units for Loose Core
  • Refer to the dimensional table for inclined pin edge cutout and screw size (PM) specifications
  • Counterbore on inclined pin holder accommodates socket head cap screw with spring washer
  • Two mounting options: screwing into ejector plate or screwing into unit
  • For unit mounting, use socket head cap screw corresponding to BM dimensions
  • For plate mounting, select one rank below corresponding BM (e.g., M6 screw when BM is M8)
  • Apply grease before mounting to protect against wear during initial running-in
  • For long strokes, recommended to use bushing that supports the inclined pin
