High-performance slide unit designed for die casting injection mold applications with fixed mounting configuration.
Key Features of Oil-free Slide Units for Loose Core
- Dimensions for inclined pin edge cutout and screw size (PM) available in the specification table
- Counterbore on inclined pin holder accommodates socket head cap screw with spring washer
- Dual mounting options on ejector plate: screwing into ejector plate or screwing into unit
- For unit screwing method, use socket head cap screw corresponding to BM dimensions
- For plate screwing method, select one rank below corresponding BM (e.g., M6 screw when BM is M8)
- Apply grease prior to mounting for wear protection during initial running-in period
- Recommended bushing support for inclined pin with long stroke applications
