Self-lubricating bearings INW-10F SF-1F DUF bushings manufactured from steel bronze powder PTFE/fibre composite deliver exceptional performance with or without supplemental lubrication.

Multi-Layer Structure
1. PTFE/Fibre Contact Layer (0.01-0.03mm)
Primary contact surface for rotating shafts. PTFE particles combine with sintered bronze to create a durable solid lubricant film that coats the shaft.
2. Sintered Bronze Powder Layer (0.20-0.35mm)
Thermally fused powdered copper anchors the PTFE layer and efficiently conducts thermal buildup away from bearing surfaces.
3. Low-Carbon Steel Backing
Provides exceptional structural stability, high load carrying capacity, and superior heat dissipation characteristics.
