NAAMS Standard SNG61 Self Lubricating Bronze Bushings Guide Bushes Flange Type
NAAMS Standard SNG61 guide bushing, European standard, SO#50SP2 with graphite. These guide bushings consist of highly wear-resistant copper cast alloy whose sliding surfaces are evenly provided with a certain percentage of solid lubricant plugs according to work conditions.
The high-strength copper alloy provides exceptional load-bearing capacity, while the solid lubricant forms a low-friction film. Under technical dry running conditions, the bearing surface is designed with a thick running-in film that enables the solid lubricant to be transferred to the counter material at the first contact.

Material Technology
The solid casting bronze material is ideally suited for highly demanding applications in tough environments. The solid bronze body can be drilled with holes and filled with solid graphite lubricant for operation in oilless environments, or machined with oil grooves and holes for better lubrication when filled with grease.
Solid bronze bushings and plates are made completely of tin bronze (CuSn10P), which offers excellent machinability. All surfaces are precision machined for optimal performance.
