Guide Bushes SEFW Solid Lubricant Bearings Sleeve Universal Flange Type
SEFW guide bushings, flange type, SO#50SP2 bronze with graphites, consist of highly wear-resistant copper cast alloy with sliding surfaces evenly embedded with solid lubricant plugs. The high-strength copper alloy provides exceptional load-bearing capacity while the solid lubricant forms a low-friction film during operation.
Under technical dry running conditions, the bearing surface features a thick running-in film that transfers solid lubricant to the counter material upon initial contact.

Optimal Design and Wide Application
The lubricant arrangement in solid-lubricant-inlaid bushings ensures all friction set components receive lubrication during operation. Lubricant placement is determined by the operating direction of corresponding friction sets.
