Product Overview
JF-20 is a high-performance bearing material featuring a high percentage of tin and aluminum composition. With steel backing and AISn20Cu lining, these bushings deliver excellent anti-fatigue properties, high load capacity, corrosion resistance, and smooth sliding movement. Widely applied in high-speed, low-load applications, they serve as ideal replacements for Babbit material.
Applications
Suitable for internal combustion engines with medium or low power, bearing shells for trains, air compressors, cooling machines, compressors, steering gear, power steering systems, pedal bearings, king-pin bushes, tailgate pivots, mechanical handling and lifting equipment, hydraulic motors, and agricultural machinery.
